Our Story:
Fortescue Helicopters is a proudly locally owned and operated providing helicopter aerial services to the Pilbara and greater WA region. Based in Newman, we operate from Sandfire in the Northern Pilbara all the way to the Nullarbor in the south of the state of Western Australia, with remote contracts in SA, NT and QLD.
Established in 2014, we are owned in a partnership and operated by chief pilot Weldon Percy. Weldon has spent over 10 years flying helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft and has a lifetime of experience in the cattle industry.

We have proudly grown over the last six years from having 3 R22s in 2014 to now operating 9 R22s, 3 R44s, and 1 R66 TURBINE Robinson Helicopter.
